Policies and agreement
A valid government-issued photo ID and contact details are required at the time of booking. Our chauffeur-driven service means you don't need a personal driving license — just sit back and enjoy the ride.
All our vehicles are comprehensively insured. In the unlikely event of an incident, our team will handle the process. Customers are not liable for standard wear and tear but will be responsible for damage caused due to negligence.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash payments. Advance payment or a booking deposit may be required for certain services. Full payment details will be shared at the time of confirmation.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the booking are eligible for a refund. Modifications to booking time or vehicle are subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee.
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside any of our vehicles. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by our team.
All bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 years or above. Valid ID proof is required at the time of booking confirmation.
