These terms apply to all customers, clients, and users who engage with Dollar Luxury Cabs for any service including but not limited to wedding bookings, corporate transfers, airport pickups, outstation travel, pre-wedding shoots, and event rentals.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written or verbal confirmation from our team.
  • We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
  • Accurate details including pickup location, date, time, and vehicle preference must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Dollar Luxury Cabs is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • A booking advance or full payment may be required at the time of confirmation depending on the service type.
  • Prices may vary based on vehicle type, distance, duration, and occasion.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, toll fees, parking, inter-state permits, or night surcharges.
  • All payments must be completed as agreed. Dollar Luxury Cabs reserves the right to withhold services in case of non-payment.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated via phone or email at the earliest.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made at the time of service.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Dollar Luxury Cabs reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, natural calamity, or driver unavailability, with a full refund or reschedule offered.

4. Vehicle Usage & Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards the chauffeur and vehicle at all times.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and consumption of food that may soil the vehicle interior is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger or accompanying guests will be charged to the customer.
  • The maximum passenger capacity as per the vehicle specification must not be exceeded.
  • Dollar Luxury Cabs reserves the right to terminate a ride without refund if passenger conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Chauffeur & Service Standards

  • All our chauffeurs are professionally trained, verified, and presentably dressed.
  • Our chauffeurs follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Chauffeurs are not permitted to deviate from the agreed route unless instructed by the customer or in cases of traffic/safety concerns.
  • Customers may not ask the chauffeur to violate any traffic rules, engage in rash driving, or perform any illegal activity.

6. Airport Transfers

  • We track incoming flights and adjust pickup times accordingly. However, we are not liable for delays caused by airport authorities, customs, or immigration.
  • Customers are advised to inform us immediately of any significant delays or changes to their flight details.
  • Waiting time beyond the complimentary grace period may attract additional charges.

7. Outstation & Long Distance Travel

  • Outstation bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
  • All applicable toll, state permit, and highway charges are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Driver allowance and night halt charges may apply for multi-day outstation trips.
  • The customer is responsible for arranging accommodation for the driver on overnight trips unless otherwise agreed.

8. Wedding, Events & Shoots

  • Bookings for weddings, pre-wedding shoots, events, and film or commercial shoots must be confirmed well in advance.
  • A non-refundable advance deposit is required for all wedding and event bookings.
  • Any extension of scheduled hours during weddings or events will be charged at an additional hourly rate.
  • Dollar Luxury Cabs is not responsible for delays caused by event schedules, venue changes, or third-party coordination.
  • Decoration or modifications to vehicles for shoots or events must be pre-approved and any damage will be charged accordingly.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Dollar Luxury Cabs shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or any circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle. Customers are advised to check the vehicle upon exit.
  • Our maximum liability in any event shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
  • Dollar Luxury Cabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dollar Luxury Cabs website including text, images, logos, and brand identity is the exclusive property of Dollar Luxury Cabs. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Amendments

Dollar Luxury Cabs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
