1. Definitions

  • Company: Dollar Luxury Cabs, operating in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  • Customer: Any individual or business using our services.
  • Vehicle: Any luxury car available for booking through Dollar Luxury Cabs.
  • Chauffeur Services: Driver-operated rental services provided by Dollar Luxury Cabs.

2. Booking & Payment

✔ Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment or advance booking.
✔ Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. We accept digital payments, credit/debit cards, and UPI transactions.
✔ Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking time to qualify for a refund (subject to terms). Late cancellations may be subject to charges.
✔ No-Show Policy: If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking may be considered canceled with no refund.

3. Service Usage & Responsibilities

✔ Vehicle Condition: Customers are expected to use the vehicle responsibly. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse will result in additional charges.
✔ Chauffeur Conduct: Our chauffeurs are trained professionals. Any misconduct towards them will result in termination of service without a refund.
✔ Customer Conduct: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
✔ Delays & Unforeseen Events: While we ensure timely service, we are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability & Indemnification

✔ Company Liability: Dollar Luxury Cabs is not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings left in the vehicle.
✔ Customer Liability: The customer is liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
✔ Insurance: Our vehicles are insured, but personal injury or loss is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

✔ Data Collection: We collect and store necessary information for booking and service purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
✔ Data Security: We ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and do not share it with unauthorized third parties.

6. Changes & Termination

✔ Policy Updates: Dollar Luxury Cabs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
✔ Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates our terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
